DEVELOPMENT OF ABDOMINAL CENTER STRENGTH IN AEROBIC GYMNASTICS ATHLETES

ABSTRACT Introduction: Aerobic gymnastics is a young and popular sports event among contemporary Chinese people. Its technical level rapidly developed when practiced frequently. Objective: Study the development of muscular strength in abdominal core professional aerobics athletes. Methods: Common problems deficiencies training were analyzed through systematic reading, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, other research methods. The experiment was conducted with 40 aerobic gymnastic athletes randomly divided into experimental control group. Fitness, strength, movement execution tested before after intervention, which lasted 12 weeks. data statistically processed for analysis discussion. Results: According to independent sample-t-tests on data, t-values three test groups represented 2.675, 2.971, 2.804, respectively; t-value judged under 95% confidence interval, where P<0. 05 obtained, confirming significant difference between groups. mean can be considered as result traditional training; improvement rate group only 26.24% over Conclusion: EMG value higher group, directly relating gain joint stability, especially ankle required by specific techniques.
